If you receive an item that was incorrectly shipped, you are eligible for a free replacement under our 7-Day Replacement Guarantee:

  • Provide clear pictures or videos showing the issueĀ within 7 daysĀ of receiving the product.
  • Once our team confirms the item was incorrectly shipped, we will resend a new oneĀ for free.
  • The replacement will be dispatchedĀ within 7 working daysĀ after confirmation.

āœ… 2ļøāƒ£ 1-Year Limited Warranty

All products purchased directly from nextion.in come with a 1-Year Warranty covering non-human factor damages MOQ 100:

  • Submit a replacement request atĀ Nextion Ticket.
  • Once confirmed, the product will be replaced or repairedĀ with next orders.
  • Inspection may be required to assess the issue.
  • Warranty doesĀ notĀ cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

āœ… 3ļøāƒ£ Warranty for NEXTION  Products

Warranty Coverage

  • All NEXTION products purchased directly fromĀ nexion.inĀ andĀ sonoff.inĀ orĀ in.nextion.inĀ come with aĀ 1-Year WarrantyĀ from the date of purchase.
  • This warranty coversĀ replacementĀ orĀ paid repair servicesĀ (shipping cost to be borne by the buyer).
  • Refunds are not applicableĀ under this warranty.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
    • Warranty is applicableĀ only for bulk purchases with a minimum order of 100 units per product model.
    • No warranty is provided for retail/individual product purchases.
  2. Service Request Process:
    • To request warranty service, customers must submit a support ticket at:Ā sonoff.in/ticket.
    • Once the claim is verified, the service process will begin.
  3. Shipping & Replacement:
    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products to us.
    • Replacement units will be included in theĀ customer’s next order.
    • Customers must place aĀ new orderĀ to avail warranty replacement for items from the old order.

🚫 4ļøāƒ£ Exclusions

No compensation or warranty service will be provided if:

  • Proof of purchase is not provided (invoice, order info).
  • Product firmware is flashed, modified, or customized.
  • Product is repaired by an unauthorized third party.
  • Refund is requested for subjective reasons or lost/stolen product.
  • There is no authorized RMA number.
  • Damage is caused by improper use or external factors (drops, water, extreme temperatures).
  • The warranty period has expired (more than 1Ā yearsĀ from purchase date).

šŸ“ 5ļøāƒ£ How to Apply for Warranty Service

Step 1: Submit a ticket at sonoff.in/ticket with all required details.

Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 2–4 working days.

Step 3: If approved, you will receive an RMA number and return address. The buyer must send the product to our repair center at their own cost .

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will repair or replace it and ship it back to you.
